Heads Up® Plant Protectants is a company based out of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada that distributes the only seed treatment registered for SDS and White Mould on Soybeans; as well as White Mould on Dry Beans.

What is the product?

Our product, Heads Up® Plant Protectant, is made from extracted plant biochemicals. An EPA registered plant activator, growers use Heads Up® to control several types of fungal and bacterial diseases.

What is the mode of action of Heads Up® Seed Treatment?

Heads Up®, while not active on the disease itself, is used as a seed treatment in a manner known as System Acquired Resistance or SAR. Once the grower treats the seed, the plant inhibits the disease through its own defence mechanisms.
